Refund Policy A place in the class will be reserved just for you. Space is limited and there is usually a waiting list. In the event you are unable to attend a pre-registered course, we are happy to reschedule your course to a different date. Unfortunately, due to the type of preparation we must make for our classes, we are unable to issue refunds. We strongly encourage our students to verify the correct certification required with their employers/organizations prior to registration. Class length is dependent upon both the course and number of students attending. The typical duration for each class can be found on our class schedule.
Our Online Blended courses allow you to complete the course-work itself online at your home, school or office. Once complete, you'll simply attend a Skills Session to practice and test the hands-on aspect of your chosen course. The actual amount of time needed to complete a Skills Session varies based on the course, but is much less than the amount of in-person time needed for a classroom-based course. We are more than happy to come to your location to hold an On-site class. We have a low minimum of 5 to offer this convenient service. Please contact us to schedule your on-site class today.

If you are registered for a classroom-based course, you may transfer your registration to another course or type of instruction (i.e. online blended). Additional charges may apply based on the price difference between courses. Simply contact us at registrations@carepointresources.com or call us at (877) 242-2527 to request your transfer. A $5 charge will apply for transfers in excess of one. Unfortunately, we are not able to transfer registrations for online-based courses.

A $5 charge will apply for multiple reschedules, or requests submitted following the original class date.
The Amercian Heart Association policy states, "Each student must have the current, appropriate textbook readily available before, during and after the course." You are welcome to borrow a manual from a friend/coworker, or you can purchase one during registration. There is no student manual for online-based courses. Online courses provide access to the material for the 2-year period for which you are certified.
